Mattress Topper Feather Down

Is there any way to prevent a breakout below Topper mattress?

I got a Mattress Topper down recently. Finally he decided to put in my bed yesterday, and was very satisfied with the appearance of the bed later. But after just a few hours of sleep last night, I woke my feather spikes protruding through the blade. I put a thick blanket from the top down and the fitted sheet when I made the bed. I put the blanket with the intention of protecting padding. I do not I knew I would need to protect myself from the quill pen hovers. Quills came through the blanket and fitted sheet. Is there any way to stop this, or I throw it away?

Throw away. It is a very cheap. Well the quality, do not and can not stop it.
