Mattress Toppers For Back Pain
Resting on the padded floor to help my back pain?
I shovel snow for 3 hours on Sunday and felt pretty good until Monday. For Tuesday I could barely stand up sometimes and today I feel miserable. Question … Is it a good idea to sleep on the floor to a firm surface or I can do more damage? For Of course, the floor will be filled, which can take the topper off and put it on the floor. My bed is old and does not offer much support. Yes, he did bend the knees. No, not a disc problem. At 47, shoveling snow for 3 hours, was not a smart thing to do. I did not say that he would sleep on hard ground. What I say got for my topper. If I had a table it would be in place and simple cause I need a new bed anyway. I think nobody has a real answer.
There is a reason that new mattresses are sold are thicker now. The answer is a better support. Thicker mattresses ads with quilted padding for comfort and good blood circulation, the result less tossing and turning. The coil units higher on mattresses used today allow the mattress and pillows to the depth contour and support throughout the body. Hard surfaces companies often do little to meet, support, give comfort, etc. Think of the school steps with a piece of the same Topper buffer. The end result will be discomfort. Hope this helps.
