If my bed related insomnia?

I have an old mattress, an old but good condition. I have a foam topper on top. Recently, I've been sleeping in another bed in the house (which is a water bed), but last night he did to outside noise (I am a severe insomnia). I was sleeping very well the other bed, but last night I woke up after sleeping all night maybe 10 minutes at a time. I always thought that my bed was comfortable, but I wonder now if my insomnia can be attributed to my bed? If the memory foam (not the brand Tempur Pedic) good? I've seen one for my bed at 400.00. What could be my problem? I wake up every night.

I slept in the foam for years … I was in a loft bed to stay warm and toasty. I moved to another house and had my bed on the floor, was very cold, so I bought a new bed, mattress and frame for me off the floor … I was surprised at how much easier it was and how much better I slept.
